*Collaborating with commercial fishing vessels to monitor ocean conditions
of the northeastern United States*


George Maynard runs the environmental Monitors on Lobster Traps and Large
Trawlers -- eMOLT program at the Northeast Fisheries Science Center. In
this talk he will explore the history of the program, how it works now, the
types of data that they collect, and how it fits into ocean observing
nationally and internationally.
