Academic Planning Steering Committee Call for Faculty Volunteers

The Faculty Senate is looking for faculty representatives to join the
Academic Planning Committee!


We are aiming to have representation from each of the academic schools. We
will have an open call for volunteers and then each school will be able to
elect their representative from that list.


The charge for the Committee is to review the current academic plan and
institutional/divisional goals, review plans from other institutions and
develop recommendations for our campuses to review and consider
implementing.


The committee will meet at least 1x per month throughout the summer and
into the Fall 2025 semester. Meetings will be held virtually with a lot of
the work being able to be done asynchronously to accommodate for scheduling
flexibility over the summer.


Senate Exec is asking for interested members to self-nominate by completing

Self-nominations are due Friday, April 11, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
