The CEES Seminar Series presents:

*Dr. Desiree Narango*, Conservation Scientist Vermont Center for Ecostudies

*Conserving species interactions in a changing world*

Dr. Desiree Narango will share her research exploring how changes in plant
communities influence terrestrial food webs across human-dominated
landscapes, from forest fragments to residential yards. Using the
relationships between trees, insects, and insectivorous birds as a model
multitrophic system, her talk will bridge applied ecological questions with
real-world decision-making. Dr. Narango will also discuss ongoing local
research and highlight opportunities to participate in community science
with the Vermont Center for Ecostudies.
