*Live NYS Ethics Training Session - Preregistration Required:*

NYS CETC Ethics Training (90 minutes) - Due by 12/31/24
The NYS Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government (COELIG) maintains
the Comprehensive Ethics Training Course (CETC). The CETC is an ethics
training mandated for all New York State officers and employees. The CETC
is a training that covers the Public Officers Law and other related ethics
laws and regulations. The expectation is 100% compliance by completion of
one (1) training for all NYS employees annually. New employees with less
than 90 days of state service are recommended to complete the Live training
session.


Two ways to meet the training requirement:

   1. *Live Training*: The Commission on Ethics & Lobbying in Government is
   providing live training sessions:

Please note: Employees may complete the live CETC training annually to meet
the requirement. However, if an employee completed the on-demand training
in 2023, they are required to complete a live webex training in 2024.
