Dear SUNY Plattsburgh Colleagues,



I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as the new
Employee Assistance Program

(EAP)
Coordinator for our campus. In June 2024 I was hired as the Wellness and
Health Promotion Coordinator for SUNY Plattsburgh.  Shortly after, I took
on the role as the EAP Coordinator.   I am truly enjoying our campus and
community.  Please feel free to reach out if you have questions or need
some support. I am here to provide community resources and referrals to all
campus employees, retirees and your family members. I can provide
information on things such as:

   -

   work-life balance
   -

   wellness at work
   -

   mindfulness
   -

   physical activity
   -

   relaxation
   -

   mental health, and
   -

   a host of other topics



If I do not have information on a topic that you need, I will do some
digging and find some. Sometimes, just a trusted listener can help, so I am
also happy to set up confidential consultations.

office hours on Wednesdays, 4pm - 5pm and Fridays, 9am - 10am in the EAP
