Just a few days left to get a flu shot on campus!

Now is the time to get your flu shot! *To make sure all Cardinals have a
chance to get a flu shot, we re-scheduled our annual vaccine clinic.* Getting
a flu shot is easy and covered by insurance, and now it is even easier. The
Student Health and Counseling Center is sponsoring an On-Campus Flu Clinic in
collaboration with the Cornerstone & Keeseville Pharmacies. *This flu
clinic is open to students, faculty and staff. *


Where? The Relaford Room in Macomb Hall (across from EOP)

When? Thursday, October 24th from 10 am to 2 pm

How? Click HERE <https://form.jotform.com/232834586870164> to book a flu
shot appointment or scan the QR code below

What do I need? Bring your health insurance information to the appointment


If you do not have health insurance, there will also be an option to pay
cash ($30).
