SUNY Plattsburgh invites you to the Distinguished Quebec Address
featuring David
Brulotte, Québec Delegate General in New York City.

Presenter's Short Bio:

David Brulotte was appointed Québec Delegate General in New York City on
August 14, 2024.



Prior to relocating to New York City, Mr. Brulotte was Québec Delegate
General in Los Angeles and Tokyo. His previous Québec Government service
consists of positions with Québec’s financing corporation and economic
development agency, Investissement Québec, including director of
Asia-Pacific and Middle East in Japan, business development director in
Paris, and trade commissioner in London.



Before joining the Québec civil service, he worked in disarmament affairs
for the United Nations in Kathmandu, Nepal.



Mr. Brulotte speaks French, English, and Japanese. He studied in France and
Singapore and holds a B.A. in political science from Université Laval, a
M.A. in international studies and diplomacy from the University of London,
and a certificate in management from the University of Oxford. He has been
involved in cultural philanthropy in Québec and represented Canada at the
Triathlon World Championships in 2017. He was also an Ironman All World
Athlete that same year.
