*The Plattsburgh Public Library is hosting a new monthly speaker
series*, *Life-Long
Learning for All*, to help bring experts into the local community.
*Presentations
will be held the first Wednesday of each month from 5:30 – 6:30 pm in the
Auditorium* (second floor) *of the Plattsburgh Public Library* (19 Oak St)
— enter on Brinkerhoff St. during the construction.

*The next presentation is on Wednesday, November 6 at 5:30 pm* *when y**ou
can join members of the Department of Political Science for a panel
discussion and Q&A about the results of the 2024 election.*

A flyer is attached. *Please come and help us get out the word — including
to our students!* We would love to have a great campus and community
turnout!

*December’s presentation will be on Wednesday, December 4 at 5:30 pm* when
Dr. Mark Richard will be discussing his new book, *Catholics Across
Borders: Canadian Immigrants in the North Country, Plattsburgh, New York,
1850-1950*.
