With the semester ending and summer just a few days away, many of us are
taking the steps to re-organize, clean out, or even move offices.

Faculty and Staff have access to the campus office furniture surplus as
well as Cardinal Swap.

Surplus Office Furniture

Looking for office furniture? i.e. Desks, Chairs, File Cabinets, etc.

   -

   Fill out the Surplus Furniture Request form by clicking the button
   above! This is going to put you into a queue for the Facilities,
   Maintenance, & Operations front office staff to evaluate and respond to
   your request.
   -

   At this time quite a bit of items that are available in surplus are
   outdated, or not in the best shape. While we work our way through those
   items we continue to add to them from offices across campus. Should you
   request an item that is available we often ask that you view the item in
   person prior to committing to it.

Getting rid of office furniture?

   -

   If your office is too cluttered or you have items you want removed,
   please use the Ready Request system to create a move request to have the
   items moved to storage. If you can provide photos of the item that is
   preferred. This way our team can decide if the item should be added to
   storage or disposed of.
   -

   This also follows the guidelines of larger office furniture, i.e. Desks,
   Chairs, File Cabinets, etc.


Excess Office Items/Supplies

Trying to get rid of desk organizers, white boards, binders, extra
supplies, etc.?

   -
