FREE LUNCH - May 20 - RSVP before Monday

Dear Colleagues;

All teaching faculty and professionals with interest are invited to this
year's CFS Faculty Development Program, sponsored by Cardinal Core
Curriculum and the Office of Academic Affairs.

Timed perfectly for when you need a break from grading and room to vent,
this mini conference on May 20 will feature an assessment report on the
Cardinal Foundation Seminar, Faculty Panels on coordinating the various
demands of content, pedagogy, and life skills instruction in classes for
first-year students, and a workshop on assignment design for multiple
outcomes.

If you teach or engage with students in any capacity, this will be a
refreshing opportunity to talk with colleagues about success, failure, and
frustrations we all face. I hope you will come away with at least a few new
ideas and a little inspiration. Plus, the Provost is paying for lunch.
