ACS student chapter/Chem Club will be hosting *Mr. Stephen Kramer, *Director
of Lab Studies at the W. H. Miner Institute, for a fun "*Cheesemaking"*
 event.

*Location:* Hudson Annex 204

You are all welcome to attend to learn about how to
make mozzarella cheese and the chemistry behind it. For any question,
