UB Semi-Formal Clothing Donations Request

Hello everyone!


As you might know, Upward Bound is a college prep program that assists high
school students in gaining new opportunities in high school and applying
to/attending college.  Every year we host a summer program where North
Country high school students attend classes, do summer activities,
volunteer in the community, and live on campus to prepare for life at
college.  Each year we host an end of the summer banquet for the students
where they dress up, attend a dinner in the ACC, receive awards, have a
dance party, and celebrate their summer achievements while reflecting on
memories made during the program with an annual summer video made by
students and summer faculty.


In the past we have organized a semi-formal clothing collection for
students to use for Banquet, making it a night to remember!  If you (or
family & friends) are interested in donating semi-formal clothing for this
year's banquet, we will be accepting donations through Wednesday, August
7th at Harrington Hall.  Donations can be dropped off at our office in
Harrington M-Th from 8-4pm (closed for lunch from 11:50-12:45).  If you

**We will not be in the office the week of the Fourth of July as we are on
our annual Leadership Trip with students.  Office closed July 1-4.
