Please help us better understand inclusive bathroom needs across campus.
And thank you to everyone who has responded to the survey so far! We have
over 100 responses and will continue the survey through the end of June.

The following questionnaire is voluntary and anonymous. Responses will be
used by the *Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion* and *Title IX
Office* to better understand the needs and growth opportunities associated
with all-gender and inclusive bathroom spaces, in an effort to inform
future recommendations for the campus.
