Required form for instructors of new OER courses

Dear teaching faculty:

Our college is required to submit data about Open Educational Resource
(OER) courses to SUNY.

Please fill out our OER reporting form if you are teaching *a new course or
section* that uses OERs in the Spring of 2024. Only instructors of *new*
OER courses need to complete this form.
