Personal Information Update Request

In an effort to keep our records up-to-date and improve communication,
please go to www.suny.edu/hrportal to review and update your personal
information via SUNY HR Self Service.  The last request for updates was two
years ago and we are finding that some of the personal information listed
for employees is out-of-date.



*Please pay particular attention to your telephone number and emergency
contact information.*



-Go to www.suny.edu/hrportal

-Click on SUNY HR Self Service

-Enter your date of birth when prompted, for verification purposes (it must
be in the exact format shown)

-Click on the tabs across the top to view the information on record

-Make any necessary changes to your address, phone numbers or emergency
contacts on the appropriate screens.

-Changes to other information such as name, demographics, or education will
require submitting a Personal Information Form to Human Resource Services
(a link to the form is available on those screens in the portal or contact
Human Resource Services at hrs at plattsburgh.edu).
