All campus-recognized organizations, offices, and programs are invited to
participate in the Spring 2025 Bulletin Board Lottery.
If you would like to be considered for a Spring 2025 bulletin board, please
complete the Google Form: https://forms.gle/iLeQq2xGzb3B7Wrc9 no later than
4 pm on Friday, January 3, 2025.
Groups will be informed of their status by Monday, January 6, 2025.
All board holders must adhere to the following:
1.
Boards must be updated by the end of the first week of the semester
(Friday, January 31st).
2.
All boards must clearly indicate the group represented.
3.
The boards must be maintained in suitable condition at all times.
4.
Groups may not have a bulletin board two semesters in a row unless fewer
than 18 new Student Association organizations and fewer than 8 new
offices/non-SA groups apply for the lottery.
