Revision to Administrative Policy: Involuntary Leave of Absence Policy
(1011.2)

SUNY Plattsburgh revised our Mandatory Leave by Admin Action Policy to the
Involuntary Leave of Absence Policy. This policy revision will align with
State University of New York (SUNY) directives.  This policy shall extend
to all SUNY Plattsburgh students. The policy outlines the procedure and
process for the University to impose the mandatory leave of any student
when the behavior or a medical or psychological condition poses a direct
threat to the health or safety of the student or others. The complete
