Plattsburgh Public Library Speaker Series — Upcoming Presentation and Opportunity to Present

Dear Colleagues,

*The Plattsburgh Public Library is hosting a new monthly speaker series*, *Life
Long Learning for All*, *to help bring experts out into the local
community. It will be held the first Wednesday of each month from 5:30 –
6:30 pm in the Auditorium* (second floor) *of the Plattsburgh Public
Library* (19 Oak St).

*I will be inaugurating the series on September 4 with discussion of last
year’s Supreme Court term* — a flyer is attached. *Please come and* — if
you’re so inclined —* encourage your students to attend!*

*I am also putting out a call for those interested in presenting.* The goal
is a presentation — up to 30 minutes — that is accessible and of interest
to the general public, followed by a Q&A. The Plattsburgh Public Library
will create a flyer, help publicize, and host the talk. At this point, *I
am looking for volunteers for October, December, and January. If you are
