🌤️Self-Care Summit, Friday, April 26🌤️


Join us for the *Self-Care Summit
<https://forms.gle/bdL5V3sB3JcTYLMy7>,* starting
at *noon, Friday, April 26. *You’ll be able to connect with yourself and
others while learning techniques to manage stress, increase self-awareness
and enhance your overall well-being.


The event will kick off with the *Neurobiology of Trauma in the Cardinal
Lounge at noon.* Following that, various groups will table and offer
sessions throughout the *ACC, Feinberg, Amitié Plaza, and Myers Fine Arts.*


There will be *yoga, essential oils, bracelet-making, coloring books,
painting, jump roping *and much more, in addition to a display of and
readings from *Dear Stranger letters*. Written by students, faculty and
staff, these provide stories of struggle and triumph in addition to words
of wisdom and encouragement.


The day will end with the *3 p.m. Out of the Darkness Walk for suicide
prevention. *The walk raises awareness and reduces stigma, the first step
in creating a smarter culture around mental health.
