New Interlibrary Loan service now works for articles

Campus Community:

Feinberg Library's new Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service can now be used for
borrowing *articles*, in addition to books and media.

Our new ILL system's user interface is very similar to the ILLiad system.

   - Your *search selections will still auto-populate *into an online form
   when you choose to receive materials not available in Feinberg Library.
   - *You will receive your articles via email* as a downloadable attachment
   .

*New Interlibrary Loan quick tutorial:*

   1. To borrow via Primo interlibrary loan *you must be logged-in to Primo*.
   If you see the yellow box asking you to log-in, click Sign-in and use your
   NetID credentials.
   2. Once logged-in you can *click the "Interlibrary loan" link* to
   request your book.
   3. *Verify *that the information on the auto-populated form is correct,
   then click "Send request."

That’s it! You will receive an email notice once your item has arrived.
*Note: *You will need your Plattsburgh ID to check out the book.
