Adopt-a-Friend Campaign - Updates

It's that time of year!  Enrollment & Student Success is coordinating the
campus' decades old tradition of Adopt-a-Friend, our annual gift giving
campaign.


This year we are excited to announce that we will be doing campus wide
fundraisers to support the Adopt-a-Friend program. This program helps
provide gifts for local kids in need during the holidays. Traditionally we
have given names of children to a volunteer, who bought individual gifts
for each kid. However, we have found that not every kid was getting a
volunteer or the same overall experience.


So to help this, we have launched our Adopt-a-Friend campaign. We will be
collecting money at various events (see below), taking walk-in donations at
4 different sites, and forming a small shopping crew to help buy the items,
making this service a true cardinal community service event. Details are
below on how you can help. Our goal is $3,000 and every bit helps.


Every dollar over that amount will be put toward Market 32 gift cards for
additional local families in need.

October 31st: Pie an Administrator in Amite Plaza from 11-2

Date TBD: Drive a Cop Car (more to come on this!)
