Now is the time to get your flu shot!  Last year’s flu season arrived in
early November; healthy habits and a flu shot are your best defense against
getting the flu.


Getting a flu shot is easy and covered by insurance, and now it is even
easier. The Student Health and Counseling Center is sponsoring an On-Campus
Flu Clinic in collaboration with the Cornerstone & Keeseville Pharmacies.


Where? The Cardinal Lounge at the ACC

When? Monday, October 23rd from 10 am to 2 pm

shot appointment or scan the QR code below

What do I need? Bring your health insurance information to the appointment


If you do not have health insurance, there will also be an option to pay
cash for your flu shot ($30).


Additional steps you can take to avoid getting sick include:



   -

   Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
   -

   Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your arm when coughing or
   sneezing.
   -

   Wash your hands often.
   -

   Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink
   plenty of fluids and eat nutritious food.
