DEI has two events during Homecoming weekend, listed below. This is the
last chance to register to attend!

DEI Unity Day Party by the Pond
Noon – 2 p.m
Hawkins Pond (rain location: H.U.B., Angell College Center)
Join the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; the Plattsburgh State
Gospel Choir; SUNY Plattsburgh multicultural student organizations,
culturally-based fraternity and sorority alumni and current members; and
the Clinton County MLK Committee for this Unity Day party. Enjoy music,
catch up with old friends, meet new ones and learn about upcoming events
and activities on campus and in the community. A group DEI photo will be
taken during this event and will be framed and hung in the H.U.B. on
campus. Free digital copies will be available to participants who attend
and sign the photo release form. Please attend in order to be part of this
momentous occasion.

DEI Jazz Brunch
10 a.m. – Noon
Warren Ballroom, Angell College Center
$10
Close Homecoming Weekend by attending this uplifting Jazz Brunch hosted by
the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; the Plattsburgh State Gospel
Choir; and the Plattsburgh College Foundation. Students, employees, alumni,
community members, partners, spouses and children are welcome to attend.
There will be jazz music and a performance by the Plattsburgh State Gospel
Choir. A southern-style brunch featuring chicken and waffles, scrambled
eggs, bacon, homestyle potatoes and turkey sausage links will be served.
Get your dancing shoes ready and bring your appetite. Wear your red, white
and black attire.
