NEW Art Museum Exhibit OPENS OCTOBER 11

The Plattsburgh State Art Museum is pleased to present another fall 2023
exhibition:

*BORDERS: MIGRATIONS NORTH & SOUTH*
Curated by Dr. Amy Mountcastle, Associate Professor and Chair, SUNY
Plattsburgh Anthropology Department
*OPENING October 11th in *Burke & Slatkin Galleries
Show runs

through March 8, 2024

RECEPTION: Thursday, October 19 from 4pm to 6pm

The exhibition comes from ongoing research by a group of SUNY Plattsburgh
faculty on the irregular border crossing at Roxham Road in Champlain, New
York and will include art, photography, and artifacts related to migrations
across the US-Mexico and US-Canada borders.
