Important information for advisors about LIB190 course changes

To all academic advisors:

As you advise your students for the upcoming *Summer* and *Fall* semesters,
please note the
following changes in how the LIB190 course will be offered.

   - All Fall and Spring semester sections of LIB190 will be scheduled as
   15-week (full semester) classes.
   - On-campus sections will be scheduled for once-a-week, for 50 minutes.
   - Our Summer and Winter sections will continue to be in the five-week
   online format.

After reviewing data and our experiences in teaching this past year, the
library faculty has
determined that moving to the 15-week course schedule will better support
our goals for student
success and building relationships with students in our course.
