Célébrons Québec Luncheon - Last day to RSVP

The Institute on Québec Studies invites you to the Célébrons Québec
luncheon taking place on Wednesday, March 29 at noontime.  This luncheon
will be held at the Center for the Study of Canada and Institute on Québec
Studies, 133 Court Street.



The hearty, homestyle menu will feature traditional Québécois cuisine
prepared especially during early springtime when the sap flows, maple trees
are tapped, and cabanes à sucre (sugar shacks) are in operation to make
maple syrup.  Delectable items will be served such as: tourtière/meat pie,
maple baked beans, yellow pea soup, tarte au sucre/sugar pie and more.



We hope you will come enjoy some savory dishes and friendship in
celebration of our relationship and shared heritage with Québec.  Please

indicate any dietary restrictions that need to be accommodated.
