Upcoming Training Opportunities - Purchasing and Travel

Regional Procurement Services will be offering several upcoming training
opportunities for faculty and staff in the month of February.
Travel 101 and Purchasing 101
These trainings provide an overview of NYS requirements for state travel
and purchasing. Employees who routinely travel, prepare purchase
requisitions or travel documents, as well as new employees are encouraged
to attend. Both training sessions will be held in the Alumni Room in the
Angell College Center.
Topic and Date/Time
- Travel 101 (Thu., February 16, 2023 10–11 a.m.)
- Purchasing 101 (Thu., February 16, 2023 11 a.m.–noon)
Jaggaer Focus Sessions
These sessions are designed to assist users who use Jaggaer to procure
goods and services by showing tips and sharing best practices, and will be
held by Zoom. To receive the open Zoom session link, please email Sara
Munson at smuns004 at plattsburgh.edu.
