DEI Safe Space on January 31st from 3-5 p.m.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will offer a Safe Space in the H.U.B. on
Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 3 to 5 p.m. for students and employees to
process the violence against Tyre Nichols and to offer comfort about the
recent violence against the Asian community and the rise in antisemitism.
As many know, January 22nd marked the Chinese Lunar New Year and January
27th marked the anniversary of International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

The Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation Center will host the first
Healing Circle of 2023 in the HUB from 12 to 1 p.m. on Friday, February 3rd
for anyone on campus who is able to attend. This is another opportunity to
gather with those on campus, share experiences, and seek solutions and
healing with the support of the collective community.
