Happy New Year! I hope this year will be a healthy one for you and your
family and I also hope to help you boost your wellness at work this year by
communicating about resources or related topics each week.

This week I would like to encourage you to check out WellNYS Everyday.

*WellNYS Everyday* is a wellness initiative dedicated to educating,
engaging and empowering New York State employees and their families, by
encouraging participation in healthy behaviors. The vision is to increase
the number of State employees who choose to eat healthier and become more
physically active.
