Call for Shine On! Workshop facilitators

Back for the first time in several years, we are hosting the “Raising
Resilient Kids” workshop series designed for PARENTS/Guardians in the
Plattsburgh community.
This workshop takes the Shine On! concepts of Media/Marketing Literacy,
Upstander Communication Skills and Teaching Character to the
parents/guardians, giving them a toolbox of tips and tactics to raise a
strong child in this harrowing world today where most kids report some
level of anxiety, depression, addiction, etc.

The model of Shine On has always been prevention, so If any faculty has a
specialty for moms/dads/caregivers to help raise stronger, more resilient,
successful children, please let me know and we’ll get you on the schedule. (

We’re planning for April 27 and May 4, 2023.
