Health Insurance Deduction Issue

Good Morning,
We have become aware of an issue with a handful of employees in different
bargaining units who will not have a health insurance deduction taken from
their December 20th paycheck.  According to the Employee Benefits Division
of the NYS Department of Civil Service, there is  an unexplainable "STOP"
transaction that automatically interjects the deduction.  They are working
with I.T. to avoid a repeat for the January 3rd check.

This does not affect continuation of coverage but may result in a double
deduction in the following paycheck.  Any updates that we receive, we will
share with the campus.
