Is school stressing you out? In need of some R&R?

Join us for the *Self-Care Summit <https://forms.gle/bdL5V3sB3JcTYLMy7>,*
taking place around campus from *noon to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 6*, and
participate in different types of *yoga and meditation, as well as music,
dance, improv, nature walks and more.*

You’ll be able to connect with yourself and others while learning
techniques to manage stress, increase self-awareness and enhance your
overall well-being through sessions centered around the *Eight Pillars of
Wellness: physical, spiritual, emotional, social, financial and vocational.*

A special session for children featuring self-care activities will be
offered from 1 to 4 p.m. in Sibley Hall. Only children ages 4-9 can attend.
All children must be potty trained. Whoever drops the child off must be the
person who picks them up, and once the child is picked up, they cannot be
brought back later in the day. Parents wishing for their child to attend
