*Research. Analyzing and reporting data. Writing conference talks. Drafting
literature reviews. Writing grants. Designing new classes. *We all have
writing to do, and like most of us, you probably have trouble dedicating
time to it in the heat of the semester with all of the other demands placed
on you.
That's why the Writing Across the Curriculum Committee hosts Faculty
Write-Ins 9:30 a.m.-noon, every Friday throughout the semester.
The write-ins are quiet times to gather virtually or in person with others
and work on whatever it is that you need to write. We generally do a brief
check-in at 9:30 a.m. Then, we get to work. At the very end, we take a few
minutes to update each other on how our work went. (If you can't come at
9:30 -- you are welcome to join at any time.)
