The City of Plattsburgh's Climate Smart Community initiative joins a
statewide effort to avoid, minimize and mitigate the worst impacts of
climate change. As a Climate Smart Community Plattsburgh will take on a
series of actions to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency.
This effort involves every aspect of our community including government
operations, businesses, residents and SUNY Plattsburgh.
