Illegally Parking in Reserved Handicapped Spaces

UPD has received multiple complaints of vehicles illegally parking in
spaces reserved for the disabled. We plan to aggressively monitor the
handicap spaces, and ticket accordingly. A ticket for illegally parking in
a reserved space comes with a $50 fine that is *very* difficult to expunge
without proper handicap authorization.  Please be more considerate of the
disabled.
