Celebrating Strings

At E. Glenn Giltz Auditorium, Hawkins Hall


Plattsburgh, NY – The SUNY Plattsburgh Department of Music presents
Celebrating Strings at E. Glenn Giltz Auditorium, on November 30 at 7:30pm.

The String Ensemble returns to SUNY Plattsburgh in a concert showcasing the
talent of our students and community members. Led by adjunct and concert
violinist, Marilyn Reynolds, the event will be the first time this
iteration of the String Ensemble will perform for the public.

Celebrating Strings will feature works by Peter Warlock, Johann Sebastien
Bach, Edvard Grieg, and more. Music chair, Karen Becker, accompanies a
piece on the program, and Ms. Reynolds, Kat Gill, Williams Stokes,
Elizabeth Mahaney, Dustin Lair, and Gabriel Perry will be featured
performers.

Celebrating Strings takes place on Wednesday, November 30 at 7:30 pm at the
E. Glenn Giltz Auditorium, within Hawkins Hall. This event is free and open
