Lavender Ceremony on December 7th!

On Wednesday December 7th at 4:30pm in the Alumni Conference Room, the
office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in collaboration with the LGBTQ+
Resource Committee is hosting SUNY Plattsburgh’s First Annual Lavender
Ceremony.

This event will honor achievements, successes, the barriers that have been
overcome, and leadership at SUNY Plattsburgh, for our students who are
members of the LGBTQ+ community. We want to celebrate all the effort it has
taken for these students to get to where they are today.

Please share this with your students and encourage them to attend the
event. They will need to RSVP by November 21st, 2022 with the following

who they are and their accomplishments.
