Office Supplies Still Available

SERVICES.



There are still some office supplies available at the warehouse remaining
from the Office Supplies To-Go Program.  These supplies are provided at no
charge for campus departments for legitimate state business use.  Available
supplies include mechanical pencils, paperclips, and binder clips.



Departments that are interested should contact the warehouse at extension
3136 while supplies last.



Moving forward, all office supplies should be ordered through the Jaggaer
eProcurement System with the exception of copier paper, which will be
ordered centrally.  Departments with routine paper needs should continue to
request delivery through the warehouse. If you have any questions about
submitting a requisition in Jaggaer, please contact Sara Munson,
Procurement Training and Outreach Coordinator, at smuns004 at plattsburgh.edu
