Lyric Scenes "Another Op'nin, Another Show"

Welcome back to live performance, as our music and theater students take
the stage on Friday May 6th and Saturday May 7th at 7:30 in the Hartman
Theatre, Myers Fine Arts, for a workshop performance titled “Another
Op’nin’, Another Show.” This concert is the culmination of the work done in
MUS335 Lyric Scenes throughout the semester. A semi-staged performance,
musical pieces include “Another Op’nin’, Another Show” from Kiss Me Kate,
“Anything You Can Do” from Annie Get Your Gun, “America” from West Side
Story, and more! Also included is a featured dance piece showcasing the
work done in MUS398, which is the choreography workshop that has been
taught in tandem with MUS335. Join us on Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7
at 7:30pm for this fun event! Admission is free to the public, and we hope
to see you there to support our students!
