New Recruitment Guide

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of a monumental
milestone on our campus.  Human Resource Services and Diversity, Equity,
and Inclusion have spent several months revising and streamlining the
current *Search Process Manual* into the new *Recruitment Guide*

In support of the College’s Plattsburgh Next Strategic Plan and SUNY’s
Diversity Action Plan, our goal is to advance the College’s teaching and
service mission and commitment to excellence by working collaboratively
throughout the institution with faculty, staff and students to promote a
campus climate that values diversity, equity and inclusion, and is free of
bias and harassment. Recruitment is an important tool in ensuring we
fulfill this goal. The aim of this guide is to assist staff in making those
connections. We hope that you will find our offices important partners in
supporting your efforts.
