Department Authorized Agent Requests

Certain offices on campus may request approval to have a department authorized agent disburse visitor parking passes to their guests.

The criteria for requesting an Authorized Agent for your department for the 2022-23 academic year includes: 
A department chair or supervisor shall submit a written request to parking at plattsburgh.edu no later than July 31, 2022, to request, or renew, a department authorized agent to represent their department.
The department must be a high-traffic location, such as a clinic, museum, president's office, etc.
The authorized agent shall agree to certain terms and conditions as a representative of UPD parking before tags will be assigned.
