Early return of some students

Colleagues, I wanted to make everyone aware, in case you saw an influx of
students this Friday, that due to a potential storm headed for the
Northeast this weekend, the Campus Housing Office is allowing students to
return to their Residence Halls beginning on Friday, January 28, 2022.
Students can still choose to return on Saturday and Sunday the 29th and
30th as planned, but we wanted to give them the choice to avoid any bad
weather.
