Nine classrooms get technology upgrades

*Nine campus classrooms are now equipped with improved technology* to
enhance teaching and learning.

The rooms go beyond our regular "smart classrooms" by including a Vaddio
Intellishot Auto-Tracking camera

and an Extron VoiceLift amplification microphone.

The new professional camera is designed to make video collaboration and
streaming classes easy and effortless. It features an auto-framing device
that can be adjusted based on room conditions and a user’s preferences.
VoiceLift is set up to provide voice amplification both in the room and
through Zoom.

We have also fitted each room with dual computer monitors to make Zooming
with students easier.

The rooms are Ausable 116, Hawkins 153B, Hudson 209, Sibley 324 and 407,
and Yokum 201, 203, 207 and 209.
