Non-Chargeable Leave Use Reminder

Please be reminded that Non-Chargeable Leave is only appropriate for use in
a small number of circumstances and always requires appropriate
documentation. A comment by the Supervisor is also required when the
timesheet/leave record is being approved. A few examples of appropriate use
include cancer screening, jury duty, quarantine, or COVID-19 vaccination.
You would show the documentation noting the date and time of the leave to
your supervisor (or can submit directly to HRS if preferred), who will add
a comment in the time and attendance system that they have verified the
appropriate use of this leave type.
