New location for the Computer Helpdesk

To the campus community:

We are pleased to announce a new and more convenient location for the
Computer Helpdesk.

Find this one-stop point of contact for your technology service needs
in *Feinberg
Library room 106*, near the Computer Lab on level one and consolidated with
the library's former first-floor service desk.

Renamed the *ITS Helpdesk *to align with our newly configured Information
Technology Services (ITS) unit, it's a destination for walk-up help with
the following services:

   - Email, phone, and general technology support for faculty, staff, and
   students
   - Emergency technology support for classrooms and conference rooms
   - Technology Loans for items such as Chromebooks, laptops, presenter
   remotes, and more
   - Poster printing
   - Binding
   - Laminating.

In addition, the ITS Helpdesk will continue to provide *telephone
assistance*. The numbers have not changed: call 564-2230 for classroom
support and 564-4433 for all other technology issues.
