UUP Workplace Civility Virtual Workshops

We are pleased to announce a UUP Joint Labor/Management Virtual
Workshop focused on Workplace Civility. Further details regarding the
workshops and how to register are below.

Workplace Civility: Creating and Maintaining a Positive, Respectful Work
Environment

Participants will acquire knowledge and awareness of the benefits of a
positive, respectful workplace environment. Through a combination of
facilitator presentation, small group discussion, and interactive
exercises, participants will acquire an understanding of how to contribute
to a respectful, collegial, positive workplace and how to co-create the
type of workplace that brings out the best in people so that they can
flourish in their careers.

The Full Day Virtual Workshop is offered on the following dates:

Wed. March 2

Thur. March 3

 Fri. Mar. 4

9am - 4pm

Limited to 25 people per day.

Registration does require supervisory approval. Although release time is
approved, please coordinate attendance with your Supervisor.
