Volunteer at Winter Commencement

Dear Campus Community,

We look forward to celebrating with our graduates at Winter Commencement on
Saturday, Dec. 17 at 10 a.m., in the newly-renovated SUNY Plattsburgh Field
House Gymnasium.

We continue to need help for a range of duties at this event. Your
assistance is critical in successfully supporting our graduates and giving
them and their guests an experience worthy of their accomplishments.

We look forward to hearing from you by email to

your availability to commemorate this important occasion. Our goal is to
have all our volunteers secured by today, Friday, Dec. 2.

Once we have a list of volunteers in place, we will reach-out with a
date/time to meet to review any assigned duties. We request volunteers to
arrive about 8 a.m. The ceremony is expected to conclude about 11:30 a.m.

Teaching faculty and professional staff may attend the ceremony in regalia.
