Updated Duo Verification Prompt Launching Aug. 24th

*Duo Security

 is the solution our college uses to add a second layer of protection to our
NetID accounts. It works by verifying your identity with two-factor
authentication.

Duo's new Universal Prompt
<https://duo.com/docs/universal-prompt-update-guide> interface offers a
simplified experience compared with the traditional prompt you are
accustomed to seeing.

Now Duo has upgraded their web interface for expanded compatibility and
better accessibility. The changes come with revised screens. Here is the
new login-verification screen:

Your current settings for verifications will remain the same by default. If
you wish to change them, select *Other Options*.

   - After verification, a new *trust this browser* prompt will appear. If
   you select *trust*, you won't be asked to provide DUO authentication
   again on your browser for eight hours. If you don't trust the device, it
   will prompt for DUO each time a new browser is opened.

*What's ch**angi**ng*
In a nutshell: the look, the logo, and the device-management options.

*What's not changing*
The core functionality is not changing. Users will still be able to receive
a Duo Push, generate passcodes, add or remove accounts, and do anything
else the current version of the Duo web prompt does.
