Summer/fall edition of DoNorth now available

DoNorth, SUNY Plattsburgh’s entirely student-produced destination/tourism
magazine has just published its summer/fall 2021 issue, which you can read

The current edition spotlights Keeseville as part of the magazine’s North
Country Showcase, which features small communities throughout the
Adirondack Coast. The showcase debuted in fall semester 2020 as a
partnership between DoNorth and Mountain Lake PBS, when the magazine
focused its attention on the community of Lyon Mountain.

The publication ran into a number of obstacles because of the health
emergency that began last year. The students had to quickly shift from a
print edition to a completely online publication. The DoNorth team fully
expects the magazine to be back in print by next winter, when the
publication intends to publish a special annual edition combining new
content and some of the best work from the three online issues.

DoNorth Magazine is the student-led magazine of the Department of
Journalism and Public Relations at SUNY Plattsburgh. The magazine is
devoted to providing visitors from near and far, as well as residents of
the North Country, a premier publication about the many and various
destinations to be discovered throughout the Adirondack Coast. To learn
