This week for Pride Month, we are celebrating the "I" in our acronym:

*Innovators:* Let's celebrate the level of creativity in the LGBTQ+
community and how their passion fuels the opportunity to be pioneers! Also,
with being innovators, we need to take time to acknowledge and highlight
the LGBTQ+ pioneers in history that have truly impacted the world today!
